Project plan.

At blp, we have a standard project plan, where a blp project manager will guide you through from kick-off to ~2 weeks post go-live.
Roughly 2 weeks after go-live, a dedicated blp consultant will take over to improve the automation rate and act as support contact.
The details of the project plan will be discussed in the get-to-know meeting.
